“I’ve always dreamed of one day starting my own company, where I can follow in my parents footsteps. When I was growing up, my parents owned a gastro pub in Essex for over a decade and it had a big influence on my life. I started as a pot wash when I was young, to front of house, and then working behind the bar as I got older. These early experiences taught me a lot, and their work ethic was truly inspiring for me.

During my 6+ years in Recruitment, I broke many records individually, and as a manager. As cheesy as it sounds, I believe the key to success in recruitment is all about building long-term relationships, where you prioritise listening, advising, and delivering on your promise. My ambition for Owen Thomas, is to deliver excellent service, whilst having the opportunity to balance profit and purpose. I really am determined to try and leave the world in a better place than I found it, through our contributions.”
